Staying Healthy

To stay healthy,  you should pay attention to:

​

*Eating Well   At its simplest level,  this amounts to eating your vegetables (and fruit) and avoiding sugar most of the time.   It also includes drinking enough water and other liquids.  An extensive discussion of how to eat well while attending college can be found here

*Exercising  ( see the discussions of exercising here and here)

*Getting Enough Sleep (especially before exams) See a discussion of the importance of sleep here.
